Great Boulder Resources Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Great Boulder Resources Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 22 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Great Boulder Resources Limited (ASX: GBR) ( Great Boulder ) requests a trading halt on its securities effective immediately Friday, 18 May 2018. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement concerning a capital raising.

Great Boulder is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.

Great Boulder’s securities are to remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 22 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.
