Description

Great Boulder Resources Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Wednesday, 16 November 2016.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1:30pm AEDT (10:30am WST) on Friday, 18 November 2016.

The Company raised $6,144,100 pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 12 September 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 30,720,500 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share.
