Appointment of Managing Director
Great Boulder Resources Limited (ASX: GBR) wishes to advise that Mr Andrew Paterson has accepted the position of Managing Director of the Company effective 24 June 2019. Andrew is currently the Chief Geological Officer and a Director of Kingston Resources, who are developing the Misima silver-gold project at the Misima mine in PNG.
Andrew is a geologist with more than 25 years’ experience in mining and exploration in Australia and PNG. Andrew is well credentialed to lead Great Boulder into the future, with a career encompassing the gold, nickel, iron ore and lithium sectors, ranging from project identification and grassroots exploration through to surface and underground operations.

Great Boulder Chairman Mr Greg Hall welcomed Andrew to the team and looks forward to working with him.
Greg Hall will continue to act as Interim Chief Executive Officer until Andrew commences on 24[th] June 2019.
