Completion of Rapport Transaction

Gratifii Limited (ASX:GTI) ( Gratifii or the Company ), is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Rapport Group Limited on the terms previously advised to market.

This acquisition will provide the Company with a foothold in the New Zealand market and increased capability in marketing and loyalty services.

GTI confirms that this announcement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Gratifii.
