On 26 November 2014, Waratah Resources Limited (“Waratah” and/or “the Company”) announced that Mr. Jonathan Downes and Mr. Philip McNamara resigned as directors of the Company effective on 28 November 2014.

In accordance with Listing rule 3.19A, please find attached Final Director’s Interest Notices for Mr. Downes and Mr. McNamara. The Company acknowledges that these Forms have been lodged out of time due to an administrative oversight and apologies for their lateness.

The Company has arrangements in place with all directors and staff of Waratah to ensure that there is no repeat of a late lodgment.
