TRADING HALT

The securities of Mobecom Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 28 December 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – MOBECOM LIMITED (ASX: MBM)

Mobecom Limited (‘Company’) requests a trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt commences immediately.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 28 December 2017 or the release of the announcement regarding the capital raising.

The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information other than that set out above necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
