Mobecom strengthens Board with new independent Director.

Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director, Stephen Borness

The Board of Mobecom Limited (ASX: MBM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Stephen Borness as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Stephen has more than 30 years’ experience in leading and developing organisation’s that have implemented for others, digitisation and business improvement technologies. In 1999, he launched and developed a company which used technology and analytics to revolutionise customer relationship management in Australia.

Stephen is excited to be joining MBM at this pivotal moment.

“I have spent the better part of my career in technology implementation for customer value improvement. I have seen first hand how technology and data analytics transform organisations. I am very much looking forward to supporting Mobecom in its mission to become the leading enterprise Loyalty and Rewards platform.

Stephen is also a non-executive director of publicly listed Pacific Knowledge Systems (ASX:PKS). Prior to his work in the technology sector Stephen worked as an investment banker across the Australian, European and U.S. markets. Mr Borness is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), MBA and CPA.

Further, the Board wishes to announce that effective today, Executive Director Chris Joseph will has decided to retire from the company and the Board. Chris has agreed to provide on-going consulting services to the company on a contract basis.

The Board wishes to thank Chris for his 10 years of service and wish him well for the future.

MBM confirms that this announcement has been approved by the board of directors of MBM.
