TERRY STREETER APPOINTED CHAIRMAN

DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS AND RESIGNATIONS

The Board of Waratah Resources Limited (“Waratah”) (ASX:WGO) welcomes Mr Terry Streeter as Non Executive Director and Chairman and Mr Rod White as Non Executive Director. Mr Streeter is a Perth based businessman who has had extensive experience in exploration and mining companies. He holds positions as Chairman of Western Areas NL and Fox Resources Limited and Non Executive Director of Midas Resources Ltd and he is currently a substantial shareholder of Waratah. Mr White is currently a Director of an accounting practice and a Director of Fox Resources Limited. He is a member of CPA Australia and has more than 19 years experience in senior accounting, finance and administration.

Mr Michael Young has resigned from his Non Executive Director position on the Board of Waratah due to a potential conflict and at the request of BC Iron Limited which is currently reviewing iron opportunities in Africa.

Mr Ian Bruce has also stepped down from his role as Non Executive Director a position he has held since the Company was founded.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Young and Mr Bruce for their contributions to the Company.
