Calendar of Key Dates

Gratifii Limited (ASX:GTI) ( Gratifii or the Company ), confirms that it intends to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, 21 November 2025.

An Item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. The period for nomination of directors will close at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 7 October 2025. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to vote at the AGM and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meting) of the person nominated.

Depending on the circumstances, the date of the AGM may change. Any changes will be notified to the market.

GTI confirms that this announcement has been approved by the Company Secretary.
