Sub: Allotment of 11,011 equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013

This is to inform you that the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 11,011 equity shares of ` 2 each of the Company upon exercise of Options and RSUs under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013.

These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 65,79,39,229 equity shares of 2 each aggregating to 1,31,58,78,458.
