Sub: Grant of Stock Options – Grasim Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018
In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has granted 54,712 Stock Options in aggregate, comprising of 41,361 Options and 13,351 Restricted Stock Units on 1[st] September 2021 to the eligible employee(s) of the Company under the Grasim Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (the Scheme). The Scheme is implemented through the Grasim Employees’ Welfare Trust.
