Sub: Grant of Stock Options – Grasim Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018

In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has granted 3,87,137 Stock Options in aggregate, comprising of 2,96,220 Options and 90,917 Restricted Stock Units on 13[th] August 2021 to the eligible employees of the Company under the Grasim Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (the Scheme). The Scheme is implemented through the Grasim Employees’ Welfare Trust.

The grant details are as follows:

Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company hasgranted 3,87,137 Stock Options in aggregate, comprising of 2,96,220 Options and90,917 Restricted Stock Units on 13thAugust 2021 to the eligible employees of the Companyunder the Grasim Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 (the Scheme). TheScheme is implemented through the Grasim Employees’ Welfare Trust.
