The members of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution dated 17[th] June 2020 has approved and allotted 5,000, 5.90% Fully-Paid Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10 Lakh each (Series 20-21 I 5.90% GIL 2023) aggregating to Rs. 500 Crore, on private placement basis.

These NCDs have been rated “AAA(STABLE)” by CRISIL.

The disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1
