Ref:

1. Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations);

2. SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November 2024 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31[st] December 2024 (“SEBI Circular”).

This is to inform that the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, had today noted / approved the following:

• a. Noted the superannuation of Mr. Anil Rustogi as Chief Financial Officer - Cellulosic Fibres Business effective 3[rd ] April 2026. He will accordingly cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective the said date.

• b. Approved the change in role of Mr. Ashok Machher from Chief Financial Officer - Textiles Business to Chief Financial Officer - Cellulosic Fibres Business, effective 4[th] April 2026. Mr. Ashok Machher shall continue to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company.

The additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular, are annexed herewith.
