This is with reference to the captioned subject; I wish to resign as an lndependent Director from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect i.e. with effect from the close of business hours of 24 May 2021 , as I have not been keeping well due to my advanced age and wish to reduce my commitments.
Further, I would also like to confirm that there is no other material reason other than the one mentioned above, for my resignation from the Board of the Company.
It was my privilege to serve as a Board Member of Grasim Industries Ltd. and I wish to convey my deep sense of appreciation and a feeling of my gratitude towards the Board of the Company for giving me an opportunity to serve as an Independent Director.
