In this connection, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been re-scheduled and will be held on Friday, 12[th] November 2021, through audio-visual means in terms of the provisions of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014, as amended, inter-alia , to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September 2021.

As informed through our communication dated 28[th] September 2021, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 1[st] October 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 14[th] November 2021 (both days inclusive).
