In terms of Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Register of Members of Grasim Industries Limited will remain closed from Saturday, 14[th] Friday, 27[th] August 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM of the Company and also for determining eligibility of dividend.
