Subject: Confirmation Certificate in the matter of Reeulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

In reference to the above captioned regulation, we hereby confirm that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 30th September, 2021, were confirmed ( accepted/rejected) to the depositories by us and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.

SEBI vide its Cireular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/RTAMB/P/CIR/202 1/558 dated April 29, 2021 in view of the Covid- 19 situation had provided relaxation in adherence to the prescribed timelines which included the processing of the demat requests by the Issuer Company/RTA. The relaxation was provided up to July 31, 2021. We have been informed that Registrars Association of India (RAIN) had vide their representations requested SEBI to consider and extend the aforesaid relaxation up to September 30, 2021. We hereby also confirm that the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been confirmed/rejected and the security certificates received were mutilated and cancelled atter due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the regisier of members as the registered owner within the relaxation in time lines provided in the aforesaid circular up to July 31, 2021 and within 15 days from August 1, 2021. We request you to kindly take note of the above in your records
