Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A and Para B of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 as amended, is enclosed as Annexure – 1.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12:15 p.m.
