Brief Profile ( in case of appointment)	Mr. Mahesh jointed Graphite India Limited in November, 1996 as Trainee Engineer and worked at various locations and heading various functions viz. technical, management representative, purchase, central technical and works. He currently heads Power Division and Plant at Satpur. Mr. Mahesh holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from BTE Mumbai and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University in 1996.	Mr. Ranadeep joined Graphite India Limited in January 2021 and currently heads the Graphite plant in Durgapur, where he is fully responsible for all operations. Prior to Graphite, he had experience of over 28 years in various companies overseeing various functions viz. maintenance, projects, R&D, safety and maintenance. Mr. Ranadeep holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT Mesra, graduating in 1992.
