on employee share transaction

Graphisoft Park SE Real Estate Development European Company Limited by Shares hereby informs its Shareholders that, as part of the Management Share Ownership Plan, the Company has repurchased a total of 923,213 employee shares held by former CEO Kocsány János at par value.

Detailed explanation: Kocsány János retired from his position as CEO of the Company on June 30, 2025, and therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Management Share Ownership Plan, the employee shares in his possession were repurchased by the Company. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Kocsány János for his outstanding and dedicated work in the development and success of Graphisoft Park.

The repurchase has no impact on previously published forecasts.

Following the transaction, the number of employee shares and ordinary shares held by Kocsány János, as well as his voting rights and dividend entitlements, are as follows:
