Extraordinary announcement

on organizational restructuring and management changes

Graphisoft Park SE hereby informs its Shareholders that the Company is implementing organizational changes in the technical management area in line with its long-term development and sustainability objectives.

The aim of the development is to further strengthen activities based on strong professionalism and to manage them in an integrated, strategic manner. Under the new structure, operational, building development and sustainability tasks will be brought under unified management, ensuring the coordinated and comprehensive operation of the entire technical management.

Accordingly, from February 23, 2026, the position of Technical Director will be created within the Park's organizational structure, which will be filled by Gilincsek Péter, who will join the organization as a new leader.

Gilincsek Péter has more than fifteen years of professional experience in complex building management, energy efficiency, and real estate development projects. He earned his degree in energy and building engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. During his career, he has held senior technical positions at multinational industrial and media companies and has been involved in several large-scale, successful building development projects, including the construction of a new headquarters building that won an industry award.

With the creation of the position of Technical Director, the previous position of Operations Manager will be eliminated, and our colleague Fekete Csaba, who held this position, will leave the Company by mutual agreement in June 2026. Fekete Csaba has been a key employee of the Company for the past ten years, playing a significant role in the stable and high-quality operation of the Park through his work and professional commitment. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his work and wish him every success in the future. The Park will issue separate announcements regarding employee share transactions related to the termination of employment.

Graphisoft Park SE also announces that Gilincsek Péter does not own shares in the Company.
