Dear Sir/Mam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations") and further to our communication dated December 31, 2025, January 13, 2026 regarding the EGM Notice for the EGM scheduled on January 22, 2026 in relation to the preferential issue, we hereby provide the following details for the information of the Exchange and stakeholders.

The resolutions approved by the shareholders on January 22, 2026 authorizes the Company for:

1. Issuance of up to 2,50,00,000 (two crores fifty lakhs) warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company on preferential basis.

2. Issuance of up to 51,28,205 (fifty one lakhs twenty eight thousand two hundred and five only) equity shares of the Company on preferential basis.

In this regard, we confirm the following:

• The Company shall recompute the price of the specified securities to be allotted under the preferential issue, in terms of the provisions of SEBI ICDR Regulations, where it is required to do so.

• The Company shall deploy the net proceeds of the issue, given the pending complete utilization for the objects, in debt mutual funds, deposits in scheduled commercial banks, securities issued by the Government of India or any other investments as permitted under applicable laws from time to time.

The above disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
