- Approved the Un-Audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter ended December 31, 2020 prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind - AS);

- Declared third interim dividend of 25 paise per share of face value of Re. 1/- each representing 25% of paid-up capital for the financial year 2020-21;

- Fixed the record date as February 09, 2021 for the purpose of payment of third interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
