Further to our letter dated August 29, 2019 intimating the divestment ofthe entire stake ofthe Company in Granules OmniChem Private Limited, an Indian Joint Venture Company and pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we write to inform you that the Company has entered into an agreement with SA. Ajinomoto OmniChem N.V., Joint Venture Partner for sale of 4,28,80,967 equity shares held by the Company in Granules OmniChem Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 109.85 crores. Conclusion of this transaction is subject to fulfillment of certain closing conditions as well as customary government approvals.
