Subject: Notification on conclusion of contracts for the construction of photovoltaic power plants for own consumption

Inside information

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that on March 28, 2022 has entered into an agreement with the company Enerco Solar d.o.o. for the construction of photovoltaic power plants for own consumption at the following locations: Farina mill in Gornji Dragancand Kopanica mill in Velika Kopanica.

Also, the Company announces that at the same time its related companies Zdenačka farma d.o.o. and Zdenka-mliječni proizvodi d.o.o. from Veliki Zdenci have as well entered into agreements with the company Enerco Solar d.o.o. for the construction of photovoltaic power plants for their own consumption.

The total value of investments of the Company and related companies, based on these contracts and related contracts necessary for the implementation of the investment (supervision, design, reconstruction of facilities, etc.), is - HRK 31.19 million, and will be financed partly from grants for renewable sources of energy from the Rural Development Program of the Republic of Croatia, partly through business cooperation with the company HEP-ESCO d.o.o. and from their own resources.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory - HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
