Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Company Law and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Granolio d.d. Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that on December 20, 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company held it's session on which it was established that the sessions of the Supervisory Board in 2023 will be held according to the following schedule:

• February 28, 2023.
• April 28, 2023,
• July 27, 2023,
• October 27, 2023 and
• December 21, 2023.

Session of the Supervisory Board on February 28, 2023 it is planned primarily to review the consolidated and unconsolidated, unaudited financial reports of the Company for the 4th quarter of 2022.

Session of the Supervisory Board on April 28, 2023 it is planned primarily to establish the consolidated and unconsolidated, audited financial reports of the Company for 2022, to convene the General Assembly of the Company and to review the consolidated and unconsolidated, unaudited financial statements of the Company for the 1st quarter of 2023.

Session of the Supervisory Board on July 28, 2023 it is planned primarily to review the consolidated and unconsolidated, unaudited financial reports of the Company for the first half of 2023.

Session of the Supervisory Board on October 27, 2023 it is planned primarily to review the consolidated and unconsolidated, unaudited financial statements of the Company for the 3rd quarter of 2023.

Session of the Supervisory Board on December 21, 2023 it is planned primarily to establish the plan for holding regular sessions of the Supervisory Board in 2024.
