Pursuant to the Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), informs the public that on June 24, 2024, has received a decision from the Agency for the protection of market competition rejecting the concentration notification. Upon receipt of this decision, the Framework agreement on the transfer of milling operations (business), concluded between Granolio d.d. as the acquirer and Zito d.o.o. Osijek, Đakovština 3, OIB 03834418154 as the transferor on March 22, 2024, has begun to produce legal effects.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory - HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange, Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
