Pursuant to the Article 482. of the Capital Markets Act (hereinafter: CMA) we hereby inform you that on August 27, 2019, we have released 50.000 shares, with the voting rights, symbol ZKPL-R-A.

Pursuant to the Article 486. paragraph 1. of the CMA we inform you on following change in voting rights:

Information on the number of released voting rights (in absolute and relative number) resulting in falling below the threshold under Art. 482. CMA:	In absolute number, 50,000 shares or voting rights were released, which, in relative number, represents 17.6205244% of the Issuer's voting rights.
Information on the total number of voting rights (in absolute and relative number) held after falling below the threshold prescribed by Article 482, paragraph 1 of the CMA:	After the release of voting rights Granolio d.d. holds, in absolute number, 1.796 shares or voting rights of the Issuer, which, in relative number, represents 0,35241049% of the Issuer's voting rights.
