Change in the number of shares and votes in Gränges AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Gränges AB (publ) ("Gränges") has increased as a result of the subscription of shares through the exercise of warrants issued as a part of the annual general meeting's resolution on May 4, 2022, on the implementation of the incentive program IP 2022.

Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares and votes in Gränges have increased by 122,576, from 106,339,578 to 106,462,154, and the share capital has increased by SEK 164,224, from SEK 142,471,132 to SEK 142,635,356.
