The shares were the final tranche of a deferred performance incentive pertaining to Ms Li’s previous employment with Grange Resources Limited for the year ended 31 December 2011. The shares vested on 31 December 2013. There are no remaining performance incentives attributable to Ms Li’s former employment with the Company.
