STEMCOR PAYMENT

Grange Resources Limited (ASX: GRR) (“Grange” or “the Company”) advises that, further to the Company’s financial report for the half year ended 31 December 2008 lodged 17 March 2009, arrangements have been made, with the support of Stemcor Holdings Limited (“Stemcor”) and Shagang International Holdings, to repay the deferred consideration payment of US$37 million due to Stemcor on 31 March 2009.
