RECEIPT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE APPROVALS

Grange Resources Limited ( Grange or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Shagang International Holdings Limited ( Shagang ) has obtained the relevant foreign exchange approvals required for it to participate in the non-renounceable entitlement issue ( Offer ) announced to the ASX on 18 August 2009.

This now satisfies the condition to Shagang’s participation in the Offer.
