RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

12 September 2008

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Grange Resources Limited (ASX: GRR) wishes to advise that:

• 9,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares; and

• 9,000,000 unlisted options (exercisable at $1.50 and expiring on 28 September 2010),

which were issued to Hamersley Holdings Limited and referred to in Grange's Appendix 3B dated 3 October 2007, will be released from voluntary escrow on 28 September 2008.
