BOARD CHANGE

The Board of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” or “the Company”) advises that Mr Chongtao Xu has resigned as a non-executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr Xu will continue in his senior executive role within the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr Xu for his commitment and contribution to the Board since being appointed in March 2023, and look forward to his continued contribution to the Company in his senior executive position.
