BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” of the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ms Yan Jia has been appointed to the Board with effect from 1 June 2014.

Ms Jia has seven years’ experience in the steel industry and is currently the Director of the Administration Department with the Jiangsu Shagang International Trade Co Ltd. Ms Jia also has a Masters of Law from Tsinghua University in China.

Ms Jia will fill a vacancy as a major shareholder (Jiangsu Shagang) nominee on the Board and will be a nonindependent non-executive Director.

As previously advised the Board is progressing its search for a third independent director.
