BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” of the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr Liming Huang has been appointed to the Board with effect from 24 September 2014.

Mr Huang is a corporate and commercial lawyer with 10 years legal experience. He is currently special counsel with Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers. Previously he was an Associate at Norton Rose Australia. Mr Huang has been involved in a number of iron ore corporate transactions. Mr Huang is a committee member of Australia China Business Council Victoria Branch.

Mr Huang will be an independent non-executive Director and is one of three independent directors on the Board.
