CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” of the “Company”) wishes to advise that it has appointed Mr Piers Lewis as Company Secretary to replace Ms Pauline Carr who tendered her resignation as Secretary.

Mr Lewis’ appointment is effective from 8 October 2014.
