The Board of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” or “the Company”) advises that Mr John Hoon has informed the Company that he will resign from his position as Director, effective 31 December 2014.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Hoon for his valued independent contribution to the Company since being appointed in June 2010.
