CLOSURE OF PERTH OFFICE AND NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Chairman of Grange Resources Limited (“Grange” or the “Company”), Mr Zhiqiang Xi, announced today that the Company’s Perth office will close with all remaining Perth based functions relocating to the Company’s Tasmanian office in Burnie in June 2013.

“This change is consistent with Grange’s current operational focus and previous announcements,” said Mr Xi.

As a consequence of the restructure Mr Richard Mehan, the Managing Director of the Company, will leave the Company on 4 June 2013. The Board would like to thank Richard for his contribution and wish him well for the future.

Mr Wayne Bould, most recently the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, has joined the Board as Managing Director with effect from 4 June 2013. Mr Bould has over 40 years’ practical and managerial experience in the petroleum, forestry and mining sectors. He joined Grange in May 2008 and has extensive knowledge of the Company’s Tasmanian operations, the iron ore industry as well as an in-depth appreciation and understanding of the broader challenges facing the mining sector. Mr Bould is currently the President of the Tasmanian Minerals Council.

Information about the commencement of the Company’s new principal place of business and its new registered office arrangements will be provided under separate cover.
