CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Grange Resources Limited (ASX: GRR) ( Grange or the Company ) advises that Pricewaterhouse Coopers ( PwC ) in Melbourne have been appointed as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities. PwC are auditors to the entity which holds the interest in Savage River. PwC replace Ernst & Young who were previously auditors to the Company.
