Grange Resources Limited (ASX: GRR) ( Grange or the Company ) announces that Mr Dave Sandy, a Non Executive Director, has resigned from the Board.

Mr Sandy joined the Board following the merger with Australian Bulk Minerals on 2 January 2009. He is now resigning to pursue personal interests and the Board would like to thank him for his assistance during the transition process and wish him well in his future endeavours.
