RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Directors of Grange Resources Limited advise that Mr Anthony Bohnenn has today retired as a Director of the Company.

The Company would like to acknowledge Mr Bohnenn’s contribution over the past 8 years, during which time he was Chairman of the Company between July 2002 and January of this year.

The Board extends its sincere thanks and well wishes to Mr Bohnenn upon his retirement.
