APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The directors of Grange Resources Limited ("Grange" or "the Company") are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Krasnoff as a non-executive Director of the Company. His previous roles have included an executive position with Wesfarmers Limited and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company for a period of ten years. Mr Krasnoff is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Mr Krasnoff is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Conquest Mining Limited.
Mr Anthony Bohnenn, Chairman of Grange stated: "Mr Krasnoff brings more than 15 years of experience to the Board including the provision of advice to a major participant in the iron ore industry. strategic management planning, marketing and finance. His experience will be essential with the ongoing development of the Southdown Magnetite Project located 90km northeast of the Port of in Albany".
Mr Bohnenn further said: "Mr Krasnoff's experience will also assist with evaluation of other investment opportunities within the iron ore industry with the potential to deliver long-term growth to shareholders.

Grange's major interest is the development of the Southdown Magnetite Project located 90 kilometres north east of the Port of Albany on the south coast of Western Australia.
