Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. announces that the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held on the 25 June 2014.
Shareholders on the Company's Register of Members at the Central Securities Depositary of the Malta Stock Exchange as at the 26 May 2014 will receive notice of the AGM together with a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements. Pursuant to the Malta Stock Exchange Bye-Laws, the Register of Members as at close of business on 26 May 2014 will include trades undertaken up to, and including, 21 May 2014.
