This is a company announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules:

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of the Company resolved to pay a gross interim dividend of €1,000,000 equivalent to €0.05 (gross) per ordinary share.

This dividend will be paid on 30 October 2024 to the ordinary shareholders who are on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on 23 October 2024.
