The Board of Directors of Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Lap Lik Victor Chu has resigned as a member of the Audit Committee (the 'Committee'), and Ms Man Yi Ho has been appointed in his stead.

In terms of the Terms of Reference of the Committee, the composition of the Committee shall be as follows:
