Amberg, June 26, 2007 – Vehicle supplier Grammer, Amberg, has sold all of
its shares in its Monsano-based Italian subsidiary Grammer s.r.l. The buyer
is the newly founded company Lazzerini s.r.l., whose four shareholders
formed part of the previous management team at Grammer s.r.l. The purchase
price amounts to EUR 7.4 million.

Grammer s.r.l has operated within the Grammer Group since 1996. The
spin-off of the Italian subsidiary means that Grammer AG will be parting
company with its main European base for the production of bus passenger
seats.

Together with the railroad business, which is not affected by the sale, the
bus passenger seat segment formed part of the Passenger Seats division,
Grammer’s smallest division. This division generated around 5 percent of
total consolidated sales in 2006.
