Thorsten Seehars becomes new Chief Executive Officer of GRAMMER AG

The Supervisory Board of Grammer AG has appointed today Mr. Thorsten Seehars as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from August 1, 2019 for a term of three years.

Thorsten Seehars (46) succeeds Hartmut Müller, who left the Company on December 31, 2018 and has been the Chief Executive Officer for many years. Thorsten Seehars is currently a member of the Management Board of Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH.

The member of the Executive Board, Manfred Pretscher, will continue to hold the position of the CEO on an interim basis until July 31, 2019 and then leave the Grammer AG Executive Board on August 31, 2019 as planned.
