Hartmut Müller is the new GRAMMER AG Chief Executive Officer

Announced change in the Executive Board completed
Three-person Executive Board committed to continuity and growth through
innovation

Amberg, August 2, 2010 - GRAMMER AG, automotive supplier and manufacturer
of seating systems, has implemented the changes in the Executive Board that
had been announced last year. The new CEO is Hartmut Müller, who took over
the post from Dr. Rolf-Dieter Kempis on August 1, 2010. Dr. Rolf-Dieter
Kempis left his seat on the Supervisory Board in 2007 to become a member of
the Executive Board, and as CEO provided GRAMMER with leadership as the
company faced the financial and economic crisis. 'After some very painful
measures last year, we have provided the company with a stable base', says
Hartmut Müller, new Chief Executive Officer of GRAMMER AG. 'For myself and
my colleagues on the Executive Board, the mission is now to keep GRAMMER on
the growth track in a market environment that has changed considerably.'

As CEO, Hartmut Müller, who has been a member of the Executive Board since
2007, is in charge of the central functions Strategic Product Planning,
Internal Control, R&D, Legal and IT.

The current and future CFO, Alois Ponnath, heads the central administrative
departments, Investor Relations, Communications & Marketing and Quality
Management & Systems. New to the three-member Board starting in August is
Manfred Pretscher. As a member of the Executive Board and Personnel
Director, he heads the central administrative departments Purchasing/SCM,
Operations, Operations Performance Management and Human Resources.

'With the handover of the Chief Executive Officer's seat on the Executive
Board, which had been planned for quite some time, as well as the
continuity among its members, we have achieved a smooth transition for
employees and shareholders,' says new CEO Hartmut Müller. 'We would like to
